Some 23.2 tons of watermelons were imported from Turkmenistan into Russia, Trend reports with reference to Turkmenistan: Golden Age electronic newspaper.
The export was carried out through the checkpoints of Russia’s Krasnodar Krai.
As the Russian Foreign Ministry told Trend earlier, Turkmenistan and Russia are preparing to sign a number of intergovernmental documents, including an agreement on promoting inter-regional cooperation.
The ministry also informed about the signing of the Intergovernmental Program of Economic Cooperation for 2021-2023, an agreement through the Federal Customs Service of Russia on the exchange of statistical data on mutual trade and documents and information on the customs value of goods transported between Russia and Turkmenistan.
