Turkmenistan has laid a gas pipeline with a total length of 10,468 meters in Vatan farm association of Turkmenistan’s Mary region, Trend reports with reference to Nebit-Gaz electronic newspaper.
The main source of gas supply to the high-pressure ring gas pipeline is Shatlyk compressor station.
Along with metal pipes, polyethylene pipes with a diameter of 225 and 315 millimeters of domestic production were used in the construction of gas pipelines.
Technical inspections, routine repairs of gas equipment and major repairs of gas pipelines and gas systems were regularly carried out in Turkmenistan's Mary region since the beginning of 2020, the report says.
As reported, a high-and medium-pressure gas pipeline will be built in the Mary region of Turkmenistan. Thus, such work on further gas supply to the territory of the Mary region are part of a set of measures to improve the social and living conditions of the population and increase the economic growth of the region.
Turkmenistan has exceeded expectations of oil and gas condensate production from January through November 2020.
The estimates of oil and gas condensate production were exceeded by 0.6 percent, oil refining – by 2.1 percent, gasoline production – by 3.9 percent, diesel fuel production – by 5.4 percent.
Also, the plan for natural and associated gas production was exceeded by 0.4 percent, gas exports – 0.2 percent, and investment development - by 6.2 percent.
Thus, the growth rate of liquefied gas production from January through November 2020, compared to the same period last year was 22.4 percent.
