BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 10. Nearly 9.24 million tons of petrochemical products worth $3.83 million were exported through Iran's Bushehr Province abroad during the four months of the current Iranian year (from March 20 through July 21, 2024), Customs Inspector of Bushehr Province Customs Office Ali Soleimani told reporters, Trend reports.
According to him, the value of petrochemical products exported via Bushehr customs increased by five percent during the reporting period compared to the same period last Iranian year (from March 21 through July 22, 2023).
Soleimani said that during the four months, 35 million tons of gas condensate were exported through the province's customs.
He added that in the reporting period, exports of non-oil products through the province's customs amounted to about $3.93 billion.
To note, the Iranian Customs Administration statistics show that over the four months, Iran exported non-oil products worth $17.5 billion, which represents an eight percent increase compared to the same period of the previous Iranian year (from March 21 through July 22, 2023).
