BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 20. The current project portfolio of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Kyrgyzstan is estimated at 159 million euros, Trend reports citing the EBRD.
EBRD's active loan portfolio consists of 71 projects and a significant part is allocated to investments in sustainable infrastructure - 100 million euros (63 percent of the total figure).
Some 35 million euros (22 percent), are allocated to financial institutions, and 23 million euros or 14 percent - to industry, commerce and agribusiness investments.
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in 2021 invested 31 million euros for the implementation of 13 projects in Kyrgyzstan.
