DUSHANBE, Tajikistan, October 18. More than 30 contracts and agreements were signed during the Khatlon Invest international investment forum and the Bokhtar Food-2024 exhibition in Tajikistan, Trend reports.
According to the Committee for Tourism Development under the Government of Tajikistan, the total value of the cooperation agreements exceeded 500 million somoni ($46.8 million).
The forum featured discussions on key topics such as the digital economy, green energy, organic production, and investments across various sectors, including energy, industry, construction, transport, agriculture, trade, technology, and tourism.
The event was attended by leaders from the CIS, Central Asian regions and cities, as well as delegations from Türkiye, Iran, and China. Prominent figures from major industrial and agricultural enterprises and commercial companies were also present.
The Bokhtar Food-2024 exhibition attracted over 400 representatives from the diplomatic corps, among other participants.
