BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 9. The gas processing at Iran's Fajr Jam Gas Refining Company has increased by 9 percent during the last Iranian year (from March 20, 2024, through March 20, 2025) compared to the planned capacity, Mohammad Mehdi Hashemi, the executive director of the company, told reporters, Trend reports.
According to Hashemi, over 18 billion cubic meters of gas were processed at Fajr Jam Gas Processing Company in the past Iranian year.
He added that the company also produced more than 22,000 tons of LPG, which is 10% higher than the planned amount.
Moreover, the company produced 2.8 million barrels of gas condensate during the same period.
Iran's Fajr Jam gas refinery company was established in 1988. This company can process 125 million cubic meters of gas per day. Along with natural gas, produced liquefied natural gas (LPG) is exported to neighboring countries.
