As many as 1,129 investment projects have been announced to the private sector in Iran’s Razavi Khorasan province, said Ali Rasoulian, deputy governor of Razavi Khorasan province, Trend reports citing IRNA.
He said that these projects require investments worth 12.8 trillion rials (about $304.7 million).
He added that some of these projects are being implemented by the private sector, while some of the projects are awaiting licenses.
“We hope that the total cost of investment projects to be handed over to the private sector in Razavi Khorasan province will reach 20 trillion rials (about $476 million),” he said.
He noted that projects in the healthcare, industry and mining, tourism and agriculture sectors are in the spotlight.
