Aztelecom LLC to tender buy software, IT equipment

Azerbaijan’s state communications operator Aztelecom LLC has announced a tender to buy software and IT equipment, said Aztelecom’s tender commission in a message, Aug. 18.

The tender will be held on five lots:

1 lot - purchase of accessories for the maintenance and repair of computer equipment (cost of participation in the lot - 100 AZN);

2 lot - purchase of software (cost of participation in the lot - 200 AZN);

3 lot - purchase of printers and cartridges (cost of participation in the lot - 400 AZN);

4 lot - purchase of equipment for the server room (cost of participation in the lot - 100 AZN);

5 lot - purchase of equipment for IPTV transcoders (cost of participation in the lot - 400 AZN).

Bids (valid within at least 30 banking days) and a bank guarantee in the amount of two percent of the bid cost should be presented until 17:00 (UTC+4), October 4, 2017 to: 187 Tbilisi Avenue, Baku, Azerbaijan.

Tender proposals on the first and second lots will be opened in Aztelecom’s administrative building at the abovementioned address at 11:00 on October 5, 2017. Tender proposals on the remaining lots will be opened at 11:00 on October 6, 2017.

Turkmen gas concern to buy pipes, equipment via tender

Turkmenistan’s Turkmengas State Concern has announced a tender to buy electrical equipment, pipes and metal products.

All those interested to participate in the tender are invited to:

- send a bid indicating the bidder’s full name, legal status, country of registration and details;

- obtain lot specifications, technical requirements and main terms of the contract;

- obtain invoice to transfer $500 or an equivalent amount in Turkmen manats per lot (excluding VAT and banking costs).

Bids from offshore companies will not be accepted.
