( Itar-Tass ) - The bloc of incumbent Kiev Mayor Leonid Chernovetsky polled 25.7 percent of the vote, the Yulia Timoshenko bloc -23.4 percent, the Vitaly Klischko Bloc - 12.7 percent, the Vladimir Litvin bloc - 10.4 percent, the Civil Active of Kiev - 4.3 percent, the Party of Regions - four percent, the union Freedom - three percent, the Nikolai Katerinchuk Bloc - 3.9 percent at the early elections of the Kiev mayor and the City Council on Sunday, exit polls said.
The Alexander Omelchenko Bloc (2.6 percent) and the pro-presidential bloc Our Ukraine - People's Self-Defense (2.1) were not elected in the City Council.
The Democratic Initiative Foundation held an exit poll jointly with the Kiev International Sociology Institute.
