BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 4. Candidates from Georgia’s ruling party, Georgian Dream – Democratic Georgia, are achieving a decisive victory, securing over 70% of the vote across all municipalities in the country, Trend reports.
Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze announced the results at a press briefing, citing data from the party’s election headquarters.
“According to our election headquarters, Georgian Dream is confidently winning both the mayoral and municipal assembly races in every municipality. Moreover, the figures show that in all municipalities — including Tbilisi and other major cities — the party is receiving more than 70% of the vote,” Kobakhidze said.
