BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 18. President of Bulgaria, Iliana Iotova, visited a factory located 25 kilometers from the city of Baku that was fully constructed on Bulgarian investments, Trend reports via Bulgarian President's office.
The enterprise for the recycling of used industrial and motor oils, as well as the production of base oils of the first and second groups, is currently in the pre-commissioning testing phase.
The project, spearheaded by a Bulgarian company operating in the field of ecological construction, engineering, and project management, is evaluated as high-tech and fully compliant with the requirements of the UN Climate Change Conference.
Iliana Iotova is in Baku to participate in the Leaders' Summit within the framework of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).
The presidential delegation also includes Daniel Panov, the Mayor of Veliko Tarnovo and Chairman of the Management Board of the National Association of Municipalities of the Republic of Bulgaria.
