On November 22, 2006, the Armenian Armed Forces located in Seidsulan Village of the occupied Azerbaijan region, Terter, fired machines guns at the Azerbaijan National Army from 10:45 for 15-20 minutes, TrendRegional Correspondent reports.
The Azerbaijan National Army retaliated and no causalities were reported.
