Azerbaijan, Baku, 24 September /TrendNews/ Within his visit to the western regions, the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, participated in the ceremony of putting the first stone of Diagnostic and treating center in Azerbaijan's district of Tovuz.
Ilham Aliyev got familiarized with the general plan and photography of the Center.
The President gave tasks on timely and qualitative realization of the construction works.
