The �New Policy’ and �Pro-Azerbaijan Forces’ election blocs will sign an agreement on cooperation, Elza Alishova, the head of the press-service of the �New Policy’, told Trend.
She noted that in accordance with agreement, the blocs unify the constituencies.
The �New Policy’ bloc has determined only 78 candidates. It hold negotiations on other constituencies.
