In September 2005 a rise of the retail goods turnover got restored amid continuing rise of the community services.
According to the State Statistics Committee in January to August the amount of retail goods turnover comprised 16.85trln manats, or 12.5% up as compared to last year. The commercial services delivered to population comprised 3.41bn manats, or 21.4% up as compared to last year.
Prices
In September inflation ratio fell and reached 11.2%, or 0.1% down as compared to August.
All major groups of goods played the key role in cut of inflation ratio. Prices of foodstuff dropped 0.4% and made up 11.5%.
The non-foodstuff prices dropped 0.2% to 6.3, while service prices dropped 0.4% and comprised 14.3%.
Wholesale prices in industry fell 6.8% in August and comprised 4.2%. Prices in oil and gas production rose 21.8%. Wholesale prices in oil and gas production grew 2.5%, while in energy sector вЂ" 0.1%.
