The Constitution Court replied to the appeal by Arif Hajily, the deputy head of Musavat party, also single candidate to MP of �Azadlig’ (Freedom) bloc from Zagatala constituency 110, Trend reports.
Hajily filed the appeal to the Court of Appeal after the decision of the Central Election Committee (CEC) on cancellation of the results of Zagatala constituency 110, but neither the Court of Appeal nor the Supreme Court satisfied the appeal. Then Hajili lodged the appeal to the Constitution Court with demand to cancel the sentences made by legal instances and announce him the winner of constituency 110.
The Constitution Court replied that the last instance eligible to make the sentence on the appeal was the Supreme Court. Therefore, Hajily prepares to appeal to the European Court.
