BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 18. The export of carpets from Turkey to Azerbaijan decreased by 9.8 percent from January through April 2022 compared to the same period last year and reached $2.2 million, the Turkish Ministry of Trade told TurkicWorld, Trend reports.
The export of carpets from Turkey to Azerbaijan decreased by 13.3 percent in April 2022 compared to the same period in 2021 and amounted to $673,000.
The export of carpets from Turkey decreased by 9.5 percent from January through April 2022 compared to the same period last year and amounted to $972 million.
Turkey exported $262 million worth of carpets in April 2022, which is 13.9 percent less than in the same period.
Turkey exported $3 billion worth of carpets over the past year (from April 2021 through April 2022).
