BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 14. The total volume of payment services operations amounted to 60.5 billion manat ($35.5) in 2024, said Khayaladdin Taghiyev, Head of the Payment Services and Payment Systems Regulation Department at the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), Trend reports.
During his speech at the Azerbaijan Financial Forum, Taghiyev indicated that a total of 15 electronic payment entities, 8 payment facilitators, and a singular payment system operator have successfully secured their operational licenses.
