The average prices on the real estate market in Baku declined 1.7 percent in March compared to February, Nusret Ibrahimov, director general of MBA Group consulting company, said on April 7.
"Average prices of real estate reduced 3.7 percent compared to the beginning of year," said Ibragimov.
He said that average prices on the second housing market reduced 1.6 percent (6.1 percent compared to beginning of year), on first market - 3.8 percent (6.8 percent), land market - 4.8 percent (10.7 percent), market of commercial facilities - 0.8 percent (0.1 percent), market of building materials - 4.3 percent (5.7 percent).
The drop in the prices on the real estate market of Baku will continue by mid of year. Further the period of stability will come to the market, which, possibly, will complete in the end of year, said Ibrahimov.
