At present, Azerbaijan needs mobile laboratories - MLab, president of Caspian Investment Centre Elshan Musayev told Trend today.
"The Caspian Investment Centre is implementing the Mobile Social Networking project of infoDev company in Azerbaijan and Moldova," he said. "InfoDev company also has MLab project. But today it covers several areas. Azerbaijan is not included in it."
He said that such a project can be implemented in the country within the state program on youth development in Azerbaijan, covering 2011-2015.
"The activity of these laboratories includes trainings and education of young people interested in mobile technologies, as well as encouraging the creation of mobile applications required by Azerbaijan that will help to attract funds to the country," he said.
