One of the major holdings of Azerbaijan, AtaHoldinq may change its name.
This issue will be discussed at a general meeting of the holding's shareholders, which is scheduled for June 29, the company said on Tuesday.
In addition, the meeting will hear reports of the board and supervisory board of JSC AtaHoldinq on the results for the 2011 fiscal year. A number of members of the supervisory board will be re-elected for another term.
The meeting is also expected to approve the charter of the holding in the new format and consideration of a number of other issues.
According to another report published by the official press on Tuesday, it is expected to hold a general meeting of shareholders of JSC AtaLizinq on June 21, which is included in AtaHoldinq.
The meeting will hear a report of the company's board based on activity results in 2011 fiscal year and other issues will be considered.
