Georgian Energy Minister Kakha Kaladze is the richest minister in the government of Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili.
Kaladze's property declaration, published on the website of the Public Service Bureau of the Georgian Finance Ministry, looks as follows: The Georgian Minister of Energy owns an apartment on Chavchavadze Avenue with an area of 360 square meters, and a house in Samtredia with an area of 410 square meters. He owns two houses in the village of Tskneti with areas of 329.62 and 188.45 square meters.
Kaladze also owns a flat on Burdzgla Street in Tbilisi with an area of 396 square meters.
According to the declaration, Kaladze has seven plots of land in Georgia and one in Kiev, as well as two apartments in Ukraine with areas of 220 and 250 square meters.
Two non-residential areas and a garage in Tbilisi are also in Kaladze's property.
He owns 15 cars of different brands and two additional motor vehicles, as well as six paintings of Lado Gudiashvili and Yelena Akhvlediani and shares of "Kala Development" that are in the minister's property. He is also a shareholder of Kala Capital Limited and two other companies.
As for deposits, Kaladze placed 70107 lari and $99937.11 in Progress bank, $824.80 and $9735.27 in the Cartu bank, $960.45 in ProCredit Bank, 4.5 million euros and 2.5 million in the Intesa Sanpaolo bank, a credit card for 75.000 euros in the Bank of Georgia, $1.3 million and 1.75 million euros in the Financial Initiative Bank
Some 100,000 Lari are listed in the property of the minister's spouse Anna Areshidze, while 30,000 Lari belong to his son.
