The highest price per square meter on residential real estate is observed in Mtatsminda district of Georgian Tbilisi, cost of 1 square meter totals to $1,281 as of March 2021, Trend reports via the ISET-PI, a think-tank based at the International School of Economics of Tbilisi State University.
Accordingly, the value of the real estate on Mtatsminda has increased the most compared to March 2016. The cost for one square meter on Mtatsminda has increased by an average of $224 or 21 percent for the last 5 years.
According to ISET, the price increase in residential real estate is observed in all districts except Saburtalo, where the price for one square meter totals $901 instead of $910 (March 2016).
The cost of one square meter on residential real estate in Gldani has increased by $90 for the last 5 years amounting to $659. The most affordable real estate is still in the Samgori district, where per square meter costs $622. In the last 5 years, the cost per square meter in Samgori has increased by $67.
