Kazakh and U.S. officials and business circles discussed energy, nuclear cooperation at Kazakh-American Investment Forum in New York on Thursday, the Kazakh National Welfare Fund Samruk Kazyna reported.
"Forum's participants discussed a wide range of opportunities for cooperation in oil, gas and nuclear industries, in the renewable energy sector, telecommunications, in the agricultural and financial sectors of the economy," the company said.
Officials and representatives of business circles of both countries took place in the Forum. Kazakh delegation was headed by Minister of Economic Integration Zhanar Aitzhanova.
Kazakh-American Investment Forum takes place annually and has the support at the highest level.
The Forum was organized by the Samruk-Kazyna and Kazakh Embassy in the U.S. in partnership with Newsdesk Media.
