BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 25. The electricity generation of the Gotvand Hydroelectric Power Plant in Khuzestan Province soared by 80 percent, during the 63 days of the current 'water year' in Iran (September 23 through November 24, 2023), compared to the same period last year, said Farhad Naderan, head of Iran's Gotvand HPP and Hydro junction Department, Trend reports.
