BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 1. According to the latest World Energy Review by the Italian energy company Eni, Azerbaijan’s natural gas sector shows stable reserve levels, growth in production, and consumption, Trend reports.
As of December 31, 2023, Azerbaijan’s natural gas reserves stand at 1.917 trillion cubic meters.

In 2023, Azerbaijan produced 35.56 billion cubic meters of natural gas, an increase of 4.2 percent from the previous year.
Natural gas consumption in Azerbaijan reached 14.53 billion cubic meters in 2023, marking a growth of 6.7 percent year-on-year.
