BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 16. Approximately 852,000 tons of oil have been produced from the Azeri Central East (ACE) platform, the seventh platform installed on the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli field, to date, Trend reports via the Ministry of Energy.
According to the ministry, ACE ranks with the cutting-edge platforms in terms of technology and digitalization.
The ministry noted that its innovative design allows for the automation of processes that require human labor, which ensures safer and more efficient operations.
To note, one year has passed since the start of the first oil production from the ACE platform.
