Dutch company Linx Telecom begins a legal battle with the Ministry of Economy of Georgia and TBC Bank in the case of the Georgian company Railway Telecom.
Head of Linx Telecom Jelly Delahaihadzhe will visit Georgia on November 7 in this regard, the company told Trend on Tuesday.
The Dutch Linx Telecom was called the real owner of the company Railway Telecom about two years ago; it failed to reach a final agreement with the government and the deal was brought off.
The Dutch company has won the tender held in November 2009 and acquired the right for placement of fiber-optic cable along the railway line for $13.344.800 million. But the agreement between the parties wasn't executed.
