The Uzbek-Korean joint venture Uz-Kor Gas Chemical LLC has announced the start of competitive selection for the supply of butene-1.
The period of the competitive selection will expire at 15:00 (GMT +5), August 29, 2018.
Legal entities registered by the state agencies at their location and having bank accounts may participate in the competitive selection.
The following potential suppliers are not allowed to participate in the competitive selection:
- being at the stage of reorganization (merger, accession, division, detachment, transformation), liquidation or bankruptcy;
- not having provided in due time all the necessary documents for competitive selection;
- having improperly fulfilled obligations assumed under previously concluded contracts;
- being in a state of litigation with Uz-Kor Gas Chemical JV LLC.
