ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, September 12. The State Customs Service of Turkmenistan is considering a wide range of issues related to interaction with the private sector, Trend reports.
These issues were discussed during a meeting held in the customs building with the participation of representatives of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan, a number of ministries and departments, as well as private entrepreneurs.
The main topics of discussion were the implementation of state programs to increase exports and import substitution in the country and the role of entrepreneurship in the modernization of branches of the national economic complex, increasing the volume and range of competitive products from local raw materials.
Specialists of the customs service made a report on how the customs system is developing in the country and the legal framework is being systematically improved.
The participants were familiarized with legislative legal acts aimed at maintaining exports and providing for simplification of procedures and benefits for exporters.
