Azerbaijan, Baku, Jan. 7/ Trend , U. Sadigova/ Israel and Palestinian Autonomy accepted Egypt and France's initiative to solve armed conflict in the Gaza Strip, Al Jazeer reported.
The President of France, Nicolas Sarkozy, stated that both sides voluntarily accepted t Egypt and France's initiative, which was made by the President of Egypt, Hosni Mubarak, in Sharm el-Sheikh.
"This plan will resolve the military conflict in Gaza as soon as possible," said Sarkozy.However, official of HAMAS, Osama Hamdan, said that the leaders of the Movement discuss this initiative and they did not express certain position, since the document contains nothing specific regarding reconciliation.
The document on reconciliation was devised by the Presidents of France, Nicolas Sarkozy and Egypt, Hosni Mubarak, during joint conference dedicated to the war in Gaza.
