The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK) has announced an open tender for the purchase of 400,000 liters of marine fuel.
Local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender procedure will be held at 10:00 (GMT + 3) on August 14, 2018.
