BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 21. Türkiye reduced its carpet exports to Azerbaijan by 36.6 percent in January 2024 compared to the same period in 2023, bringing it to $575,800, Trend reports, referring to Türkiye's Ministry of Trade.
The ministry further informed that Türkiye exported carpets worth $2.8 million in the last 12 months (January 2023-January 2024).
In January 2024, Türkiye's exports of carpets to world markets increased by 14.6 percent compared to the same month in 2023 and amounted to $239,500.
In January-December 2023, Turkish carpet exports totaled $2.8 million, remaining unchanged compared to the same period in 2022.
