BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 9. Türkiye's exports of furniture to Iran decreased by 6.8 percent to $258.7 million from January through December 2024 compared to the same month of 2023, Trend reports via Türkiye's Trade Ministry.
"In December 2024, Türkiye exported furniture worth $24.6 million to Azerbaijan, which is 3.8 percent less than the same period last year," the ministry statement said.
To note, Turkish exports to global markets from January through
December 2024 fell by 1 percent to $7.8 billion, compared to the
same month in 2023.
"In December of this year, Türkiye exported wood products valued at
$709.5 million, a 5.2 percent increase from the previous year," the
ministry statement said.
Türkiye exported furniture totaling $7.8 billion in the previous 12 months (from December 2023 through December 2024).
