BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 17. Cement exports from Türkiye to Kyrgyzstan decreased by 86 percent from January through December 2024 compared to the same period in 2023 and amounted to $3.9 million, Trend reports via the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
"Türkiye exported cement products worth $751,065 to Kyrgyzstan in December 2024, marking a 7.2 percent increase compared to December 2023," the ministry reported.
Meanwhile, Türkiye's exports of cement products to global markets from January through December 2024 declined by 6.2 percent year-on-year, totaling $4.3 billion.
"Türkiye's cement exports in December 2024 amounted to $341.2 million, reflecting a 3 percent decrease compared to the same period in December 2023," the ministry stated.
To note, Türkiye exported cement products worth $4.3 billion in the last 12 months (December 2023–December 2024).
