The fifth floor of an apartment building collapsed due to blast in 30 Javadkhan St. in district of Memar Ajami subway in the Azerbaijani capital on Jan. 16, witnesses told Trend . They said that there are injured people in the incident.
Rescue groups of the Ministry of Emergency Situation came to the scene of incident.
Journalists of Trend left for the scene of incident. The building collapsed as a result of blast, witnesses said.
