An earthquake has today jolted the Tovuz district of Azerbaijan.
The earthquake was recorded earlier in the morning of Oct. 3, the Republican Seismological Service Center of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) told Trend.
At the epicenter the earthquake's strength was 4 on the Richter scale.
The epicenter itself was at a depth of three kilometers.
