Ukraine, Kiev, Dec.15 / Trend , corr. Z.Novosvitskiy/Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament (Supreme Rada) Vladimir Litvin will charge the Parliament administration members to place documents related the creation of coalition between the Yulia Timoshenko Bloc (BYuT), "Our Ukraine- People Self Defence (NU NS) and Litvin's Bloc on the official website.
On Dec. 9, Litvin declared about the creation of a coalition in the composition of fractions of "Our Ukraine- People Self Defence ( NU NS), Yulia Timoshenko Bloc (BYuT) and Litvin's Bloc immediately after election to the speaker position in the parliament. In the evening on Dec. 9, the press service of fraction NU- NS stated that it did not approve the agreement about the creation of coalition, but Boris Tarasyuk, the chairman of NU-NA fraction, signed the text of this document without the agreement with members of the fraction
Litvin promised to promulgate documents about the creation of coalition in order to scatter doubts relative to the juridical aspects of its appearance. "Coalition is proclaimed", said Litvin, and added that the existence or non-existence of coalition is not important for normal work of the parliament.
