The Azerbaijani parliamentary commission on science and education developed a bill on higher education and scientific-technological policy.
A working group under the commission developed a bill on higher education and scientific-technological policy. The commission will submit the bill to the Azerbaijani parliament to discuss at the autumn session, chairman of the commission, Shamsaddin Hajiyev, told the official website of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party, Trend reported.
The law on education is a framework document and the field laws will be adopted in accordance with it, Hajiyev added.
The Azerbaijani parliament adopted the law on education in its last session.
