An individual wanted by Ukraine's law enforcement agencies detained in Azerbaijan.
Ramiz Mammadov, detained as a result of search activities by employees of the Head Department of Transport Police, was wanted on Article 153 (rape) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the Interior Ministry said.
