Uzbek President Islam Karimov congratulated the counterparts of Jamaica and Singapore in connection with the celebration of Independence Day in these countries, the press-service of the president said.
"I sincerely congratulate You and Your people," the President's letter addressed to Jamaica's Governor General Patrick Linton Allen said. "I wish you good heath, success, peace and prosperity to the brotherly Jamaica's people."
In his message to President of Singapore Sellapan Ramanathan, President Karimov expressed confidence that the partnership relations between the countries will continue developing in the interests of the peoples of Uzbekistan and Singapore.
