Thirty people have been admitted as middle-ranking leaders in the Azerbaijani Penitentiary Service.
The service's e ducational institutions provide courses and training in skills development to build the stock of professional staff, the Penitentiary Service's PR Department told Trend.
According to Penitentiary Service Deputy Chief, Col. Huseyin Alikhanov, young professionals with theoretical and professional training were actively recruited.
