ASTANA, Kazakhstan, February 6. The Republican Budget Commission (RBC) has supported the funding of projects aimed at improving the state of the environment through the creation of forest nurseries, Trend reports via the official information source of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan.
Under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Olzhas Bektanov, a meeting of the Republican Budget Commission was held. Following the meeting, the RBC approved funding for projects aimed at improving the environment by creating forest nurseries, modernizing the National Hydrometeorological Service, and enhancing fire safety.
Additionally, a number of projects requiring additional financial support were reviewed. The Prime Minister instructed the heads of state agencies to strictly monitor the process and prevent any unjustified increase in expenses and project costs. Emphasis was placed on the need to strengthen the work of program administrators and to adhere to the project costs outlined in the budget documentation.
