ASTANA, Kazakhstan, May 23. The annual general meeting of shareholders of “KazTransOil” on May 22, 2025, made a decision to pay dividends on common shares of the company for 2024, Trend reports via KazTransOil.
According to the results of the distribution of the company’s net income, totaling over 41.5 billion tenge (approximately $83 million), more than 33 billion tenge (about $66 million) will be allocated for dividends.
The company emphasizes that dividends paid per common share will be 86 tenge (about $0.17). The remaining net profit of about 8.5 billion tenge (about $17 million) will remain at the disposal of the company for further development and investments.
The register of shareholders entitled to receive dividends will be compiled as of June 3, 2025. The dividend payment is scheduled to start on June 12, 2025.
KazTransOil is the national operator of the main oil pipeline in Kazakhstan and a subsidiary of KazMunayGas. The company manages a network of oil pipelines with a total length of more than 5,000 kilometers and provides pipeline operation services to third-party organizations.
