BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 19. Azerbaijan brought in RON-95 gasoline, which has a lead content of no more than 0.013 grams per liter and boasts an octane rating ranging from 95 to 98, from four different countries, totaling 70,600 tons valued at $59.4 million from January through July 2025.
Data obtained by Trend from the State Statistical Committee indicates
that this denotes a surge of 28.8 million tons, translating to a 69
percent escalation in volume, alongside a monetary increment of
$18.3 million, reflecting a 44.5 percent enhancement in value,
relative to the corresponding timeframe of the previous year.
Furthermore, Azerbaijan engaged in the exportation of RON-95
gasoline to Georgia, facilitating the shipment of 4,201 tons valued
at $2.8 million throughout the designated reporting period. There
were no documented shipments of this fuel during the corresponding
timeframe in the previous fiscal year.
