The Azerbaijani Society of Appraisers presented the results of calculations of the housing cost per square meter in Baku in oil prices.

Following 2010, the price per square meter o n the secondary housing market of Azerbaijan was estimated at 18.5 oil barrel. This is well above the 1995 level, but below the peak rate, noted in 1998.
