The Azerbaijani State Property Committee has announced a tender to attract consulting services to prepare for the state share privatization in "Azerboru" company (Sumgayit Tube Plant).
The bidders must submit a bank certificate confirming payment for participation in the tender, full information (name, address, bank details, charter and form of the certificate of registration), the tender offer, a certificate confirming the primary employment, power of attorney confirming the legal right to sign the tender offer.
The task of the consultant is to assess the financial and economic activity of the company in accordance with international norms and standards, develop the evidence-based recommendations on the terms to be offered to investors during the investment tender for the sale of the company.
While evaluating the bids, preference will be given to applicants having a plan of actions and ways of its implementation, the offer price for the services, as well as experience in this field and workers.
The relevant documents must be submitted till January 9, 2013. The deadline for submission of bids is January 17, 2012. The cost of participation in the tender is 1,000 manat.
