Iran's oil industry equipment is rebranded by European companies and re-exported, said the head of the Iranian Petroleum Industries Equipment Manufacturers Association Ehsan Saghafi, Trend reports citing IRNA.
"Some of Iran's oil industry equipment is exported to European companies and rebranded as European brands to be sold," he said.
The Iranian official has indicated that Iran's cooperation agreements with China and Russia could improve investment in the industry, and the possible result in the Vienna talks could resume exchanging technology.
The Iranian government has drafted a roadmap to support the country's oil industry and manufacturing companies.
