Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery has announced a tender to purchase elements for steel pipelines.
The cost of participation in the tender is 531 manats.
Those wishing to participate in the tender must submit an application by 16:30 September 3, 2018, and the tender offer before 12:00 September 10, 2018. Opening of tender packages will take place on September 6 at 15:00.
