Andijan International Airport has announced a tender for procurement of steel pipes (quantity – 150, thickness - 3 mm, type – D-25).
The quotation should be submitted by 5:00 pm (GMT +5) on Feb. 17, 2020.
Terms of payment: 15 percent prepayment, the remaining 85 percent immediately after handing over the goods to the buyer. Currency of payment - Uzbek sum.
Terms of delivery of the goods: self-exportation.
Delivery terms of the goods: not more than 10 days from the date of receipt of prepayment.
The applicant for participation in the tender must submit the following documents:
1. Document certifying the appropriate registration of the enterprise in the state body;
2. Copies of valid licenses for wholesale trade;
1. A copy of the document certifying which standards (TU) the goods have been manufactured according to, or a certificate of conformity (copies certified by the seller) or a copy of the customs declaration should be attached to the commercial offer.
4. Taxpayer identification number;
5. Copies of the Charter and passport of the head of the organization;
6. Information on location (postal address) and telephone numbers;
7. Commercial offer.
The following potential suppliers are not allowed to participate in the competitive selection:
- Suppliers being at the stage of reorganization (merger, accession, division, separation and transformation), liquidation or bankruptcy (submit a certificate from the tax inspectorate and the bank);
- Suppliers who did not provide all the necessary documents for the competitive selection within the established period;
- Suppliers who did not properly fulfill the commitments under previously concluded contracts;
- Suppliers being in a state of litigation with the customer.
